  • teaching Ministries

    • Assisting with teaching First Communion and Confirmation classes
    • Teaching Bible stories at Vacation Bible School

  • fellowship ministries

    Opportunities for caring, serving, friendship & fun.  

    • Celebrations and Receptions - shop, cook, decorate, serve, clean up
    • Sunday Morning Fellowship - provide refreshments and help clean up
    • Soup Suppers - provide soup or accompaniments before midweek services

  • property ministry

    Do you enjoy gardening or woodworking? Can you help with one-time repair or cleaning tasks? Could you give an hour or two on a regular basis to mow, water or weed? There are always maintenance and landscape projects to be completed.  Watch for the Annual

    Annual Work-party and join the fun. To offer your help, contact the Property Deacon, 


  • prayer ministry

    Intercessory prayer is a privilege & responsibility we take seriously. The Prayer Partners accept prayer requests, bringing petitions before God in their private prayer time in faith & confidence. Public requests are shared in the Prayers section of the Announcements in the worship folder so that others may also pray. Members offer petitions of prayer & praise during t each service.To submit a prayer request, contact the Office Staff who will forward it to the Prayer Partners immediately or put you in touch with the Prayer Partners.

  • christ the king cares

    A ministry to members in need. by providing meals, rides and visits to those within the congregation experiencing physical or spiritual need for support . Contact church office to offer help. 425-746-1711 or You will be offered options for assisting according to your schedule.

  • quilters' project group

    An informal group of quilters who meet occasionally to  plan and design quilts as congregational gifts for grads and new babies in the congregation and to share current personal quilting and handwork projects. Contact: Cathy King.

  • altar guild

    The Altar Guild cares for the chancel & sanctuary, prepares the elements for the Lord's Supper, serves as custodians of the altar appointments, trains acolytes & bearers, and works to foster an understanding of the liturgical heritage of the Lutheran Church. They enjoy seasonal work parties to decorate the church for holidays. The Altar Guild maintains a membership of 12 to 15 members, who meet to conduct the business of the group and work in teams of two or three for one month of service, on a rotating basis.
